The restored blacksmith shop has live demonstrations on Sundays from 1:00 - 4 p.m. The Village blacksmiths demonstrate traditional techniques for making everyday items such as lantern holders, letter openers, etc. as well as toys. Young visitors are given the opportunity to help by taking a few swings at the red-hot metal from the coal-fired forge. A hand
